Lesego Maele is a Programme and Operations professional at Cradle Impact, Africa's integrated strategy institution for life, enterprise and wealth. She brings experience in strategy coordination, programme delivery, operational systems, and stakeholder engagement across impact-driven organisations.
In her current role as Program Manager at Cradle Impact, she oversees end-to-end programme delivery, client engagement coordination, operational systems, and strategic execution across multiple initiatives.
She also supports programme coordination and operations for our investee companies, Nanda Wellbeing and Youth Legacy Hub, contributing to the development and delivery of leadership, wellbeing, and youth-focused initiatives. Her work includes programme structuring, participant experience management, stakeholder engagement, workshop coordination, and operational planning.
In addition to her programme management background, Lesego has experience in digital marketing, business support, and operations management through her work with Refiloe Maele Media, where she developed marketing campaigns, managed multiple projects, and supported partnership and client engagement initiatives.
Lesego holds a Bachelor of Health Science Honours degree in Psychology from North-West University and has further completed certifications in Positive Psychology, Leadership Development, Strategic Frameworks, Generative AI, Community Development, and Digital Marketing.
Her work is grounded in building systems that strengthen organisational delivery, client experience, operational clarity, and long-term impact across institutions and communities.
