Oversees finance, operations, compliance and institutional systems, ensuring sustainable and strategic operations for Cradle Impact’s development.

Amogelang Moloabi is the Head of Finance & Operations at Cradle Impact, Africa's integrated strategy institution for life, enterprise and wealth. She brings over 15 years of experience across finance administration, operational management, stakeholder relations, client services, and organisational support within both the non-profit and private sectors.
Her professional journey has equipped her with strong expertise in financial administration, operational systems, donor and stakeholder management, reporting, compliance coordination, payroll support, bookkeeping processes, and business operations. She is passionate about creating efficient systems, strengthening organisational accountability, and supporting sustainable growth through disciplined financial and operational management.
In her current role at Cradle Impact, Amogelang is responsible for driving financial discipline, improving operational efficiency, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic organisational objectives. She works closely with leadership to ensure effective financial oversight, operational alignment, and risk management across the organisation.
Prior to joining Cradle Impact, she served as a Funding Administrator at The Love Trust, where she managed donor funding administration, stakeholder reporting, compliance coordination, procurement support, CRM management through Salesforce, and donor engagement initiatives. She also played a key role in coordinating B-BBEE audit processes, supporting communications initiatives, and organising stakeholder events that strengthened donor relations and organisational visibility.
Her earlier experience includes operations and client services management, administrative coordination, sales support, and team leadership roles, where she developed strong capabilities in customer relations, process improvement, systems implementation, staff coordination, and operational reporting.
She holds a National Diploma in Accounting, a National Higher Certificate in Accountancy, and a Certificate in Commercial Accounting from University of Johannesburg.
